Erin Rogerson - Co-Founder/CEO
A seasoned executive leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning infrastructure, engineering, technology, and operations. As Chief Executive Officer of Mission Applied Services, Erin leads the firm’s strategic vision and execution, delivering tailored facilities infrastructure, engineering, and technology solutions for government agencies and commercial organizations. Erin brings a distinguished background as a Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) in the United States Marine Corps, where she served as a Combat Engineer Officer for two decades. In addition to her military service, Erin has led leadership initiatives across multiple sectors, including work with the USTA Foundation, JPMorgan Chase, and the U.S. Olympic Committee, driving mission-focused programs, operational improvement, and large-scale coordination in complex environments.
Josh Rogerson - Co-Founder/President
A seasoned executive leader with more than 20 years of experience across national defense, utilities, financial services, and enterprise technology transformation. As President of Mission Applied Services, Josh oversees program delivery, client engagement, and operational strategy. Josh brings a distinguished background as a Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) in the United States Marine Corps, with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan as a helicopter pilot, infantry operations officer, and host nation liaison. Following his active-duty service, Josh built a civilian career leading complex initiatives in highly regulated environments, including senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Ernst & Young, where he directed large-scale technology and cybersecurity migrations, operations reengineering efforts, and regulatory compliance programs for global financial institutions.
